Burrata, tomatoes and strawberries salad & pistachios dukkah
Easy Red- Brouilly
Make way for a summer staple: burrata salad! The epitome of softness, enhanced by the acidity of the tomatoes and the crunchiness of the dukkah. Serve it with a supple Brouilly for a perfect pairing.
Ingredients
- 2 burratas
- 150g strawberries
- 3 green tomatoes
- 2 yellow tomatoes
- 2 red tomatoes
- 15 or so colourful cherry tomatoes
- 100g pistachios
- 50g sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Preparation
- Step 1Start with the dukkah: roughly chop the pistachios and crush the seeds. Toast both in a very hot frying pan. Set aside.
- Step 2Wash the strawberries and tomatoes then dry and cut them.
- Step 3Place the strawberries and tomatoes in a serving dish, arranged around the burrata. Sprinkle the dukkah over the top.
