Spicy roasted cauliflower
Easy Red- Juliénas
Married with a blend of spices and an expressive red wine like a Juliénas, cauliflower becomes a main course that's as comforting as it is delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 cauliflower
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- A pinch chili powder
Preparation
- Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Step 2Wash the cauliflower then remove the leaves.
- Step 3Steam for 7 minutes.
- Step 4Meanwhile, in a ramequin, mix together the honey, olive oil, garlic cloves, paprika and chilli powder. Season to taste.
- Step 5Once the cauliflower is steamed, place it on a baking sheet. Coat the cauliflower with the spice mixture using a brush.
- Step 6Bake in the oven for fifteen or so minutes, stab with a knife to check whether it’s cooked - it should be soft and slightly golden.
- Step 7Tip: Mix together some natural yoghurt and olive oil. Season. Serve the cauliflower on a bed of yoghurt, add a few pomegranate seeds and fresh herbs.
