Make way for a summer staple: burrata salad! The epitome of softness, enhanced by the acidity of the tomatoes and the crunchiness of the dukkah. Serve it with a supple Brouilly for a perfect pairing.

Ingredients

  • 2 burratas
  • 150g strawberries
  • 3 green tomatoes
  • 2 yellow tomatoes
  • 2 red tomatoes
  • 15 or so colourful cherry tomatoes
  • 100g pistachios
  • 50g sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

Preparation

  • Step 1Start with the dukkah: roughly chop the pistachios and crush the seeds. Toast both in a very hot frying pan. Set aside.
  • Step 2Wash the strawberries and tomatoes then dry and cut them.
  • Step 3Place the strawberries and tomatoes in a serving dish, arranged around the burrata. Sprinkle the dukkah over the top.
  • Step 4Enjoy!
