To mark National Cheese Day, here are our best pairings with a Chiroubles. There's nothing better than artisan cheese to bring out the cherry and red fruit flavours of this Beaujolais cru!
Ingredients
- A whole Saint-Marcellin IGP
- A generous slice of Tomme des Pyrenées IGP
- A nice slice of Fourme d'Ambert AOP
- A slice of Comté AOP
- Ash-coated goat's cheese
Preparation
- Step 1Gather the cheese onto a board.
- Step 2Cut into different shapes depending on the type of cheese.
- Step 3Garnish with radishes, preserves, capers, peppers and berries, nuts or other dried fruits of your choice.
- Step 4Serve with multigrain bread for a perfect pairing. Enjoy!
